⚠️Your IRA⚠️can invest in Real Estate

Good Money Morning Roundup Homies,

Did you know you can use your IRA to buy or finance real estate investments? The answer is YES, but it's only a certain type of IRA. Today we'll go over how we finance real estate investments without using our credit or the bank.

Years ago I was struggling trying to figure out how I was going to get enough money to buy a house to flip or even a rental property. After doing tons of research and talking to a lot of people, my mentor Lonnie Scruggs told me about an investment vehicle called a self directed Roth IRA-Individual retirement account. You can use the money inside these accounts to buy any type of investment real estate.

You can use other people's IRA's to invest in real estate as well. To top it off, all of this investing is TAX FREE as long as you follow the rules. But not every IRA custodian will offer these types of accounts. Let's see if my friend Sean's Vanguard IRA offers this stuff.
