2 Baby steps to get started Real Estate Investing

Happy Holidays BP,

     I made a quick video to assist you in getting your baby toe wet in real estate investing. If you've yet to get your first deal and are frustrated with the process, why not simply do some very little things to build some momentum in your business, while working your job. It's the small things that add up in business and you'll be surprised how fast they do.

     These 2 baby steps got me deals and I know they'll at least pull you to getting more involved in real estate. Eben Pagan says we all need "on ramps" leading us to our desired destination and these 2 "on ramps" are inexpensive and fun plus I've been using them for years and you can use them without making any extra effort.
