Good Morning BP fam, 

     I'm doing my best not to let you down with our Saturday morning trainings together, it really gives me something to look forward to.. Let's break down the numbers and show you the before and after my latest $30k house flip. We bought it as a short sale and took about 45 days on the renovation. When we listed it with the real estate broker, we got 3 offers the first day it hit the market. It's strange how during this pandemic, houses are still selling quickly and the markets are hot. We did go over budget, but we always do. You'll see the ups and downs of doing real estate flips and learn how we approach the numbers.
