How to prevent sellers from backing out of your signed contract

Greetings BP Fam,

If you plan to have any longevity in the real estate investing business, there will come a time when your seller will change their mind and decide not to sell you their house. Well, after about a dozen of these happening to me, I decided to do something about it. I got sick of having a great deal, only to have my seller stop returning my calls or try to sell their house to another buyer for more money. This strategic move will prevent your seller from going behind your back and selling their house to anybody else but you.
