See week 3 inside my $30k house flip

Wad up , I hope to remain a consistent in your life because I feel it will help grow your business & further I sincerely love you and want you to succeed!! So let's see what week 3 looks like inside my $30,000 house flip during the Covid 19 pandemic. We bought this house as a short sale and now we're starting the renovation process. Today you'll see the kitchen coming together, the roof is complete, the landscapers started, the countertops in the bathroom are going in, and the HVAC(Central Heating & Air is installed. We thought this was going to be $25k, but we're getting closer to $30k- as usual. No matter how much experience I have or how good I think I am, it seems like I never get the budget right on these construction costs. We'll also go over the numbers of the purchase price, the profit and the costs to sell, a big problem for new investors to overcome when it comes to the calculations. Newbies seems to want to pay more for a house just to get the deal OR stay in good grace with the seller. Don't fall in that trap, we only buy houses that work for our equation, plus helps the seller as well.
