Negotiating with sellers has got to be one of THE most important skills I think we need to be effective investors. Back when I took my Homevestors training in Texas, I learned something called the "Platinum Rule." I'd never heard of it but I quickly found out it superseded the Golden Rule. Up until then, I thought the Golden Rule of treating people like we want to be treated was the way to go. My mom always said that was best.
Well, I'm here to tell you the Platinum rule goes above the Golden Rule especially when negotiating with sellers. Adopting the principals and techniques of the Platinum Rule has allowed me to not only close more deals, but pull more money out of my business as well. Watch and learn how to use the Platinum Rule in your business and your next negotiation as well. Then get out there and help a lot of people, have a lot of fun and make a bunch of money as well.
