How to prescreen Lease Option Tenant Buyers over the phone

     Prescreening tenant buyers over the phone is a skill you must master if you want to be an effective real estate investor. Meet members of my Roundup Family Tonia and James. We got a change to meet in person in North Carolina at Jay Conner's Private money bootcamp last week. They recently had a subject to house house go vacant and have a tenant buyer they'd like to prescreen. Keep in mind the main thing we're looking for in our tenant buyers is:
-How much down payment do they have
-How much can they afford monthly
-Do they have verifiable steady monthly income
     In this video training we're speaking to a lease option buyer to see if he has any of these points above to qualify him as a prospect and not a suspect to rent to own this house.
