I finally took my🏡OUT of my name

Good Money Morning BP, 

     Yes, I still have a house that I own in my name. I'm not perfect and I want to be transparent telling you that I make mistakes too. Back in 2008 I bought this house in my name and had a mortgage loan on it. Recently a Channel subscriber & now friend, Chris Burch, saw one of my lease option videos, did some research and found out the house was still in my name. I never get embarrassed but needless to say I was in that moment. So in this video I'll show you how I took my rental property out of my name and put in into a Land Trust. Yes, I fall short of things from time to time...
