Come inside my new Short Term Rental I DON'T OWN

What up BP Fam,

If you ever wanted how to get started investing in real estate short term rentals-Travel Nurse-AirBnB-vacation without owning the property, today's video is for YOU. Today let's go inside my new short term rental. We teamed up with a landlord to rent out his property. We did a 2 year lease with him for $1,350 and now we staged the house to prepare for our guests. We'll have to cover all utilities but the landlord will be responsible for major repairs. We're going to sub-lease the property to short term tenants and guests so I'd like to go over our numbers with you to show you how we're putting this all together and show you what the house looks like now.
