     So my section 8 tenant moved out and I was thinking about doing Airbnb but after seeing this system I'm going to try to turn this rental into a travel nurse rental property instead. Let me be clear, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING or HOW THIS WORKS! All I know is there are nurses that travel the country and I think they need a place to stay while they travel. I've teamed up with an expert in the travel nurse field, Clarence Harris, and he's walking me step by step how the process works. We renovated the house and today we're staging the kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedroom with furnishings to see if the travel nurses will want to stay at my rental property too.
