       If you ever wondered how investors are doing deals in multiple markets, this is the man to talk to. Today I had the pleasure of sitting down with the creator of Virtual Wholesaling, Cris Chico. He created this concept back in 2005 and put together a business where you can buy and sell real estate anywhere in the country all using your computer. When I first heard about this, I thought it was a scam. But Cris has been doing real estate since the 1990's so he's got all the research and real life experience that make all this work. I've personally learned a ton from him plus he's done so much for our real estate investing industry.
