The creator of Virtual Wholesaling

Good Money Morning BP Fam,

If you ever wondered how investors are doing deals in multiple markets, this is the man to talk to. Today I had the pleasure of sitting down with the creator of Virtual Wholesaling, Cris Chico. He created this concept back in 2005 and put together a business where you can buy and sell real estate anywhere in the country all using your computer. When I first heard about this, I thought it was a scam. But Cris has been doing real estate since the 1990's so he's got all the research and real life experience that make all this work. I've personally learned a ton from him plus he's done so much for our real estate investing industry. So if you've ever wondered how people are doing deals in multiple markets, Cris is the man that started it all.
