This seller did NOT want CASH for her house

Good Money Morning BP Fam,

A lot of times when us real estate investors buy houses, the seller really isn't looking to get a big check at closing. Getting the money won't really help them so we have to find out what the real problem is so we can custom craft a solution to get them where they want to be. In this case, the seller didn't have a mortgage but she didn't want to keep making repairs to the house. She was looking to keep her current lifestyle without having to do any updates or yard work.

This is part two of how we were able to buy her house, at the same time do a double closing buying her a house to move to so she could get out of her current house. She's finally starting to move into her new house and I want to show you what type of house she wanted so you can see that giving people a large chunk of cash sometimes won't solve the problem. We must be problem solvers and come up with creative solutions to help home owners.
