I can't get this seller out the house

Good Money Morning BP,

       Sometimes us real estate investors must get super creative to get deals done. In this deal we did a double closing buying a house to fixup and flip, at the same time buying a house for the seller to move to all on the same day. But it's ending up being a lot harder than I thought getting the seller out of her house so we can start the renovations. She simply won't move out after closing. She's told us numerous times she'll be out and now she won't answer the phone or return text messages. So today I'm fed up with how she's treating us and I'm just going to pop up on her to see what's going on. It's been about 45 days since I bought this house so I'm emotional and not thinking clearly. I had my team attempt to help her move but she didn't show up at the meeting time. She told my partner she thought it was another day.
