I bet I can predict your 2019 Financial Future!

Good Money Monday BP Fam,

About once a week, I get an email or a phone call from somebody that has come to the realization that I came to back when I was about 20 years old. They’re looking back over their lives and recognized that as they’ve been working and making money for years, they have NOTHING to show for their hard work. These emails are usually from a person that’s in their late 30’s or early 40’s and they see that if they don’t start making small tweaks to their lifestyles, ultimately they’ll end up broke even though they make good money. I think I was blessed to have several failures early in my life which allowed me the super power to recognize this problem when I was younger. I also attribute it to having an entrepreneurial spirit at a young age plus I had a man show me this stuff when I was working as a barber back in college at Hampton University. What’s more astonishing is some peeps never get a grasp of these concepts and facts until it’s too late.
In this video I’m going to break down and predict your financial future for 2019 so I can prove to you why owning real estate will have a dire impact on your life. This video is not to try to make you into a full-blown real estate investor. It’s simply to adjust the rudder of your ship just enough to change the harbor where your cruise ship of life ends up landing. If you’re still renting, I’d like to urge you to at least take a look at your finances and see that you’re spending money on living, whether you own or not. As Jay Morrison says, let’s try to build your finances based on the things (he used an expletive) you’re already doing. We all pay somebody money each month to live somewhere, right!?!?! Well, let’s break down how a life of renting vs a life of owning your primary residence can change the lifestyle you live later in life. Further, in 2019 I can predict exactly how your year will turn out IF you don’t do things any different than what you did back in 2018. Let’s see the drastic difference in how your life will turn out if you don’t focus on the acquisition and pay down of assets. I’ll see you on the other side of this video and if you’d like to invest with me, or need a consultation email [email protected]     HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
