Two Options: A job, or use the Internet

As we approach Christmas, I'm sitting in the Car dealership because I'm in charge of oil changes for my wife's car.  Yes, I do what I'm told.  I'd like to talk to you about a world that is evolving under our noses.  The internet is, or has gone mobile.  I see peeps working harder and longer for less money and others working less and making more.  According to Gary V, this is the best time right now to be a human being EVER!

When I look back at my career since 2004 I've been able to amass a rental portfolio without relying heavily on the internet.  Over the past few years, I've noticed my deal volume change from physical mail to more online touching of sellers.  I see people, including friends and family resist this online mobile economy we are entering.  I see two types of peeps in the coming years: 1.  Person goes to college, gets in debt, gets job, pays off debt, lives a good life working job to job never knowing when/if their pay will go up.  2.  Person masters the internet and can live a good life with multiple income streams OR chooses to live an unlimited lifestyle.  Either of these two are neither good/bad, right or wrong.  But, from what I hear from coaching peeps all around the US, peeps want more out of life.

My heart gets heavy when I see older peeps working hard jobs.  I know some of them have great ideas that, if implemented will, could make tons of money.  They simply don't want to, or chose to take the time to learn the internet.  If I may say, the internet is here to stay and I'd love to toss up some ideas of where you think real estate is going in the coming years as far as transactions.  Merry Christmas and remember, you're only one lead away from your next house!!!
