A day in the life of a Real Estate Investor, Lease Option Marketing

Good Money Monday BP,

I'd like to share 3 different locations with you in my typical day in real estate:
1st is Tenant pre-screening
2nd is Marketing my lease option
3rd is a Government tenant move-out Inspection.

In this 2 part video, I'm going to show you how I get great, clean tenants...the majority of the time. Since 2004, I've been pre-screening tenants to move into my houses and I've got it down to a system to where it's hard for a bad one to slip past me. On this day, we're doing a home visit to see how clean the resident keeps their home now, which is a good indicator of how they'll keep my house.

We've got two other stops as well. I'll show you how I market my Lease Option/Owner finance deals. These rentals require very little repairs and tenant/buyers rent these out AS-IS. We also get a nice down payment when they move in so this is my favorite way to rent houses.
Our last stop is a home inspection of a Section 8, Housing Choice Voucher move-out. See what condition the tenant left this home in when she moved. You simply never know what repairs you're up against when tenants move out. This "day in the life" covers 3 different strategies to help assist you in running your real estate business smoothly. Watch, learn and apply and shoot me your success stories OR suggestions on these strategies...
