How to talk, speak to, and negotiate w/ people in pre foreclosure

Good Money Morning BP Fam,

Do you know how to speak, talk to and negotiate with home owners and sellers that are in pre-foreclosure? In this video I walk you step by step how to close the deal when you're working with a person that's behind on payments and they're house is going to the foreclosure auction. First we must keep in mind, we can't just go in and tell them how much money we'll give them for their house. I was speaking to a real estate broker recently that told me she'd been trying this approach with no results. She had a wonderful spirit, but she said she didn't understand why these people would NOT sell their house and take some money before they lose the house to the foreclosure. Well, it's all about rapport building, trust and simple understanding of human behavior. I too had tried that approach for years with no results....

Today we'll go over our mindset as we approach home owners and sellers in pre-foreclosure. We'll also go over the mindset of the home owner to understand why they got in this situation in the first place. We'll cover the 3 types of people that we usually find are in pre-foreclosure and how we can put the deal together.
