A day in the life, Vol. 11. A live home appoinment!

Good Money Monday

     I thought it would be a great training to record a live home appointment. Some people think it to be challenging to negotiate with sellers when we visit them in their homes. Well, I believe the exact opposite. It's actually easiest to negotiate in their environment because the home tells their story for us. All we have to do is look for the clues.

     In this home appointment, you're going to see some hoarding, some disrepair, some animal activity, and some family discourse which all lead to our seller becoming extremely MOTIVATED. Watch, listen and learn as we walk through the house with a live seller to see how to get him to work with us on this deal.
