Working with real estate agents can sometimes be a big pain, IF you try to deal with the "wrong" agent. Not all agents are going to understand, or even want to work with, investors like us. I'd go so far to say that MOST agents don't want to work with investors. This is not because we make low offers, or even because we live in an ugly house world. I feel they don't work with us simply because they don't understand, or haven't been taught properly.....

Well, in this 3 part training video I'm interviewing my investor friendly real estate broker. Not only does she work with investors, she prefers to do so... She owns her company so she doesn't have to split any agent fees.... Hell, she makes her own fees and that's why I love working with her....
