2 Foreclosure auctions at the same time!

Good Money Monday BP,

Today I got an odd opportunity to buy a house back that I recently sold. Real estate never ceases to surprise me. I recently sold a house to an investor for him to fix up and resale. Apparently, he didn't do all the work and now the lender is coming to take the house back. The kicker here is the house has defective Chinese drywall. Back in 2005, builders tried to cut out the middle man and order sheetrock directly from China. Well, that came back to hurt them when the lawsuits started coming in from people getting sick and the drywall corroding electrical and plumbing.

There's a never-ending flowing stream of opportunity IF we can meet it at the street of difficulty. We bought this one as-is and started the rehab then sold it to another investor. This is the first time I've seen the trustees auction off two houses at the same time. These men are literally standing at the courthouse steps conducting an auction while the other one is talking. They could've at least let one finish first. Please, learn from my mistakes and get out there to help a lot of people, have some fun and make a ton of money..
