A day in the life of a Real Estate Investor, Vol. 6

Good Money Monday,

My goal is to deliver positive and meaningful real estate investing training to you in return, the more I give, it seems like the more I always get. In this "day in the life of a real estate investor" we've got 2 stops. The 1st stop is a tenant move-out inspection. I had a tenant tell me she was breaking her lease and left at the end of the month. Check out how she left the property when she moved out after only living in the house for 5 months.

Our 2nd stop is my 2 story addition renovation. Remember one of our 3 pillars in real estate is "expandability". Our goal is to see how we can expand on the current product to make it better. We started the demo process and are tearing out the floors. We'll be adding a 2nd story onto this house simply because we couldn't build outward due to the dimensions of the land. We're adding approx. 900sf and we're on our 3rd dumpster so far because we had to completely tear out EVERYTHING in this house it's actually pretty cool. I hope you enjoy...
