Spoke with a Turn Key'er and upgraded to PRO!

Today I spoke with @Mark Shaffar about how turn key properties work and how companies like his, Midwest Equity Partner, operate.  Overall I was very impressed with his knowledge and especially his patience explaining everything so a newbie like me could understand.  Being an out of state investor brings with it some unique challenges and Mark was able to help me understand how a lot of those challenges can be conquered.  I have been on BP for 12 days and I feel light years ahead of where I was 2 weeks ago as far as my Knowledge and my Network.  Knowledge-Network-Analysis.  Now that I am upgraded to PRO, I have become addicted to the Rental Analysis program.  For a moment I contemplated if I could use Mac's numbers (similar to excel for all you non Mac'ers) to create a spreadsheet that would auto-populate a report similar to what the BP software does.  I calculated that if I paid myself 1 dollar an hour while trying to figure out how to do that, upgrading to pro would be about 1000.00 dollars cheaper and work 100 times better.  Plus all the other perks.  My search continues and the analysis machine is running full tilt.  In addition to hopefully teaming up with Mark and his company in the near future, it should only be a matter of time before I find a good deal.  In the mean time...Knowledge-Network-Analysis...everyday...
