To turn key or not to turn key

I'm investigating turn key business that provide one stop shopping as it were for investors looking for properties that are out of their immediate are or that they just don't want to manage.  My out of state investing strategy seems to match up with what these types of companies have to offer however  there is no doubt some trepidation in relinquishing control and letting someone else steer your business around.  I'll be speaking to someone from a turn key business in my target market tomorrow and see what the deal is.  I'm hoping that this will be a good way to "cut my teeth" in real estate and be able to partner with people who know what their doing and can share with me the systems and processes that lead to successful real estate investing. I am continuing to network with really great people on BP and it is proving to be an invaluable resource.  Back to analyzing and zeroing in on my first deal.  I'm looking to the beginning of next month to get my pre-approval and then things will really get interesting!
