Episode 15 – Sprouting Feathers

One of these days I am going to do this blog during daytime so I don't have to feel so rushed. Although, I do spend some time before hand gathering my thoughts. It's not too hard since it's only a few paragraphs. Still though, I would like to invest a little more than just a few lines and making it just a report.

That said, I felt like a did a little more this week than last. I visited way more parks than last week. I could have done more, but I took one day laying around and being unmotivated. It was July 4th weekend so I had an extra day off. Overall, it was a rather great confidence building exercise. I'm slowly feeling as if I am getting a hang of what mobile home parks and mobile home looks like.

I'm about half way through the list I have composed. I am not planning on adding any more parks to the list, at least, not for now. In fact, the list have been chipped away and re-size thanks to the scouting trips I'm taking. Some parks are a little too rough, and some are entirely not where it's suppose to be. To finish out the visits faster I'm planning on visiting some during the weekdays as well.

I finished Mobile Home Wealth by Zalman Velvel this week and couldn't recommend it enough. The book holds your hand as much as possible. Really impressive considering much of what I read so far just covers mostly concepts and techniques not actual attack plans. Very impressive for a book.

In other news my website is done. It was quite a process and I'm still not satisfy with the way it looks. For the moment though, it will serve it's purpose. Once I recuperate from website expense, I'm pretty much need to plan out my direct mailings. Other than that, it's really time to make some offers and stumble my way forward. I feel like whatever else I need to learn I will learn through my first few deals. Wish me luck! :). Until next week, peace.
