NO Answer without a Question!

What is asking a question?I think asking a question can be done in several different ways. (Internal or External).I think it can be done by the obvious… asking someone who may know more than you? Or it could be reading a book, searching the internet or even watching what others are doing. The purpose of a question is most cases are to learn. All of the above help you to learn.

So which one is the best? All of them! A combination of these plus more that helps you to be a smarter investor.

I started with books and the internet and then when I thought I had a VERY basic understanding, I asked other investors. Most people who are interested in learning will vaguely know someone or can connect with someone through social media that is an investor.I happen to know a few people that had attempted to get into real estate. Some were successful and some were not, but they still had more experience than I did. Ask everyone.. What can it hurt?

Now that you are asking everyone “How do I get into real estate?” Be prepared for very different answers. You have to find what makes the most sense to you.

2. All advice is NOT good advice.. Be smart.
