Now or Never...

My name is Andrew Edwards; I am 29 years old and live in the good ol state of Alabama.I have a Beautiful Wife and 2 of the coolest little girls you will ever meet.

It seems as I have read a Million real estate blogs about the “should” and “should not’s” of real estate investing…Some of these have good Information and others maybe not so much. So…my plan is to write about the actual adventures (Yes, this is an Adventure) of a New/Wannabe Real Estate Investor.

I have currently completed my First Flip and have it listed for sale.It was a tiring frustrating awesome blast! For this Blog I want to work through what I have learned so others (like me) can learn from my decisions. Right or Wrong

I have been fascinated with real estate for long before I had the guts to get involved. It was something I always said I wanted to do; even before I really even knew what real estate investing was… As far as I knew it was a piece of cake.. Buy a House- Make it Nice- Make Lots of Money or Buy an House- Rent it- Make Lots of Money.. Sounds easy enough. Where do I sign up?

As with most people, I started reading books and searching the Internet… but for some reason the books I was reading were not real estate books.I kept buying personal finance books and business books.I’m glad I did!All of these books kept leading me back to using real estate as a tool to reach my goals…

So now... It’s time to make it happen. Time to get involved… Time for the really Scary Part….. How in the world am I going to afford to get into real estate investing? How am I going to convince my family this is a good Idea? Where will I get the money?

Whether you are thinking about getting started or have already started.. The first thing I learned was…

Do not be afraid to ask a question

I hope this post get you interested?
