HELP!My agent will not answer my calls!(FIND OUT WHY)

Let's be honest. There are a lot of new investors who get ghosted by real estate agents. I see posts on BP all the time talking about how an agent will not answer calls or is lazy because they do not want to submit low ball offers.

There is a more professional way for the agent to handle these situations, but I do not disagree with the agent for getting rid of the client.

A busy real estate agent has no time for your 100 low ball offers, and if that is how you think real estate works I will just tell you that I will not work with you.

If you want to submit 100 low ball offers, get your real estate license and go look like a fool on your own time.

I know it sounds harsh, but sometimes the truth is not something we want to hear, but it needs to be said...by someone.

Today, that someone is me.

I don't care what you learned in fortune builders

I don't care what you learned at the "investor" meeting

I don't care what you learned from your "mentor"

If you think 100 low ball offers on turn-key retail properties is going to lead to a "deal" you are not an investor. You are wasting the time of others, and this is why your agent will not answer your calls.

If you are a new investor, it's ok to be new. Be honest with your agent, and let them lead the process to a successful closing, and learn along the way. The real estate market is in favor of sellers at this point. The only thing a low offer does is make the seller mad. After you make them mad they probably will not sell to you no matter what you offer them. It may be all about the numbers to you, but it is an emotional process for anyone that is not an investor.
