Frustrated: Trying to find my first deal

Hello, Its been a while since my last blog post... 

I thought I would post some of my frustrations with finding my first deal. 

My biggest and only frustration at the moment is the lack of replies to my marketing. 

Every day i find between 10 and 20 seemingly distressed properties. I am still working on the direct mail approach (one man full time college student takes a lot of time) and i have yet to hear back from any of my direct mails I have sent out. 

I know that every lead does not land a deal but it would be nice to get at least a phone call or email.  I have no plans on giving up any time soon because giving up loses a lot more money than spending the money to make that deal happen...

this post is just a little rant that I am doing to blow off steam and to give myself something to look back on when all my frustration and work pays off. 

Hopefully my next post will be about landing that first deal.
