What To Do With All Your Returned Mail!

I'm firmly convinced that if most real estate investors actually did what they "know they should" do they would be infinitely more successful.

As business owners it's often easy to let quadrant 2 activities slip in the hustle/bustle of fires, closings, tenants, employees, taxes, and well... you get the point.

One of these things that most investors neglect is return to sender mail. We all "know" we should be removing them from our lists, skip tracing, and picking up the phone but it seldom happens.

What's an investor to do?

You need to automate, delegate, and outsource the entire process.

What other "have to's in your business  can I help you with?
