How To Successfully Get Great Deals On Off-Market Properties

One of the biggest questions that I get through private message, Facebook, email, and YouTube is, "How should I make my offers?"

As someone who came from an environment of "one call closing" I knew that it didn't match my personality type. Sure, I was good at it. However, I felt more like I was suckering folks than serving them.

What prompted this video was actually a FB post where someone was calling a new investor a failure for leaving the table without a signed contract.

In a world where reviews matter, referrals happen often, and reputation is everything, I would rather use an informational closing.

Here's the exact script & flow our team is using in Indianapolis to close on a LOT of A & B class holdings.

I won't pretend like we are the best closers in the world but we are obviously on to something with this method.

It's extremely rare that we deal with "seller's remorse" and our portfolio is growing at a steady clip!

What are your thoughts? What has your experience been?

I know which side of the table I'd want one of my loved ones on.
