Journal Entry for Monday July 14

I was really hoping to get my first close as a Realtor soon but my clients did not qualify for a loan.  As a matter of fact there is no way that they could get a loan at all for any reason.  Thier credit was terrible.  Well I guess I will keep working my other contacts.

I also contacted a bunch of BNI's (Business Network International) to attend their meetings.  I was part of one in Coral Gables when I was working down there and had some success.  They are looking for Real Estate Investors so I will be going to their breakfast meetings.  I have one for Thursday and one for next Tuesday.  I will keep you posted
