 Hello BP, 

Over the last 2+ months I've gone to about 10 to 12 networking events, some are real estate events, and some were just Business events. I took the advice from Josh & Brandon, to go out there and meet people, so far I have to say that I met a few people that in the future might turn into Joint Venture partnerships. It's exhausting going to 2-3 events per week since I have a full time job, but I do enjoy meeting professionals. I think i'm going to narrow these events to maybe once a week. Most of the events I been to I found on meetups and eventbrite. Just wanted to say networking is important for me, since I tried to do this business by myself and did not go anywhere, with potential partners I feel that I can do my first deal, the only deal I've done was a birddog deal a few years ago. Plus a goal of mine to get on BP more often and meet the wonderful people on this site.....Talk soon, have a great day all.
