Funniest Things I've Seen As a Real Estate Investor: Part 5

And now for part 5 in my ongoing series. Like part 4, this one also focuses only on one house, which I call the tweak house. Yes, those are all shims or pieces for wooden crates or something like that. This guy spent an incredible amount of time upgrading his house in the dumbest way possible.

Oh, and I can't forget the outlets on the soffit. In fact, one light switch was able to turn on every light in the house!
