In our office today we focused on some marketing to find buyers... I will have 3 houses ready for sale by the end of the week, and two more next week.

I know you have heard...build your buyers list from the old leads. While that may work, we have had very little success with it, if any. Buyers are fickle. A lead from 2 months ago is our expierence is a dead lead.

So... its all about marketing...
