AFTERTHOUGHTS:
I had a decent amount of work to get done yesterday (Monday) before vacation (Thursday) and so I decided to take a 20mg adderall (which I'm prescribed) around 11am. It's been probably three months since I last time ook it.

When you take it regularly you build up a slight tolerance to the effects... Needless to say, I had no protection.

I told my wife as I looked into the orange bottom, "This is going to change everything today and affect the majority of tomorrow."

Guess who has two thumbs and went to sleep at 4am on Tuesday... ^(0_o)^ This Guy!

I did decide to get out of bed around 2:30am to be productive by designing a new bandit sign and came up with a new marketing strategy to collect investor information while building a landlord mailing list.

I'm not sure that it exists yet so I'll need to do a bit of research, but I doubt anybody has the concept designed quite like I'm thinking. Maybe I'm wrong?

The idea:
Build software to search and collect all rental addresses (MLS, Zillow, HotPads) > Pull tax assessor information on each property > Search social networks, white pages, and the web to filter and match results to contact information.

Data collected will collate properties with individual owners if they own multiple units.

Result: Ultimate buyers list and potential tire landlord mailing list.

So what is your opinion of the idea?

Does it exist somewhere already?
