AFTERTHOUGHTS:
I received four separate responses on the 13007 Custom property all from savvy investors. Each response was the same and they told me the CMA was way off.

I've learned that I need to really dig deep into the assessment of the deal and if something doesn't make sense to me then I need to throw it up here on BP for review.

It's tough being a newbie in any business, but when you have to teach yourself a particular trade it comes with some unanticipated stresses... I really hate wasting anybody's time with crappy work. That's how I felt about this situation.

It's quite the learning experience and I plan on it not happening again.
