FIRST MARKETING RESULTS! TWO CALLS!

-Finish Creating Expense Sheet
-Call additional bandit signs
-Create Marketing Plan
-Create and organize contact list

-Lead Generation: Called back both of the leads. I left both a voicemail.

Wow, was I excited about getting those leads! If you've ever been hunting... It's like that feeling when you see a deer. Super anxiety.

I thought the second one was code enforcement, but today she called back and I was able to gather quite a bit of information about her situation.

I need to understand short sales a little better... Also, I need to be simple in my explanation about what we do.

I'm really enthusiastic about the marketing and plan to purchase more signs in the next week or so.

It's 11pm.... I'm going to bed, but I'm pumped up about tomorrow! I posted up 22 signs today in Hamilton County. Already got one call today, but I did a horrible job explaining what we do. It was the first time I'd spoken to anybody on the phone. 

It was a quick learning experience to say the least. I've already moved on... Though he lived in Carmel which is a $200k+ housing market. Would have been nice to get a short sale on that one.
