OK I'M JUMPING THE GUN ON THIS ONE! I GOT MY FIRST BANDIT SIGN CALL TODAY (Friday) WoooHOOO! Talk about awesome and re-energizing! I can't imagine how I would have felt if I actually had the phone on me or they left a message!....

I called them back during my lunch and left a voicemail.

Man, how great is that?

Let's talk a little bit about yesterday now that I got that out of my system =)

The CIREIA event was really great. I didn't know what to expect since the website is sort of lame and the meetup page isn't very active. They had around 200 people show up.

I saw a few investors I knew from previous events and had an opportunity to speak with them in length.

I feel reaaally good about my business vision as I have aligned myself with the gaps in the REI market here.

I've been asking a lot of questions about how people work, where they wish they could improve, and how could I help.

It's interesting to hear that many wholesalers love marketing, but can't find buyers and buyers hate marketing so they can't find deals. 

Networking in this business is of the utmost importance. I'm humbly grateful for the ability and personality God has given me to do this effectively.

Things are starting to come together and more signs are going up today, but in an average home purchase price county of $266k.

UPDATE: T-3 Weeks until the website is done.
