It's rent time again :-)

November 5th - 3 rents... one tenant called, will be late...

50% compliance - just makes one want to 'pinch their little heads off' as they say around here.

On to more positive things, my bank cash-out re-fi has been approved so we'll finalize that next week and I'll summarize the total dollars of the deal then.

I have opened one more LLC to be a holding company and am going to use the existing LLC as a management company. I really like the way the branding is shaping up and will continue to capitalize on that.

  1. All the texts were relatively positive if true... Dawn Anastasi - Oklahoma gives 5 days so the 6th is the earliest legal day to post a 'pay or quit'. I don't post friendly notices, lol.

  4. Dawn Anastasi - we aim to please! Shaun Reilly - I'm warming up the eviction kit... should have posted today but just didn't get to it. I tried a new approach and texted everyone about where it their rent... 4 of 5 answered so maybe there really is progress.
