Structural Engineer

Pulled the trigger today on inspections, appraisal, insurance, title work etc.  Having some trouble finding a structural engineer and the appraiser "didn't get my email."  Right.  

After a very early morning flight and a morning of phone calls in a Chicago coffee shop, ready to pack up the computer and go have a look at Chi Town.  Haven't been here in years but have always loved the city.  Going to head out to Navy Pier and make sure Lake Michigan is still there.
