From Wholesaling to Rehabbing

I know it's been a while since my last blog post! I had to step back in technician mode to get a couple of business practices in play and fine tune my systems!

So, let's get you up to speed....... I now have a VA team that handles all of our preliminary property analysis, from calls to date entry to followups with the client. I tell you this because this has freed up so much time and allows me to focus on the business and not in it. 

It's very important to have like minded individuals on your team! They should be different personalities though, I learned that the hard way!

So finished and sold our second rehab, we made a pretty good profit on it. We are now finishing up our third renovation in Havre De Grace MD and just picked up another up the road from that one that we will be closing on Weds.

We are still wholesaling on a regular basis, we are just now keeping some deals for ourself! Listen to me when I tell you this, this business works how ever you want it to! 

I started off with no capital and in just 2.5 years, I am working on our 4th rehab and have built a pretty successful wholesale business! We have also created a skip trace service  and have Virtual Assistants now to help others on their direct mail campaigns.

We have also partnered with the Baltimore Reia to bring awareness to the younger generation and to get them to invest in real estate as early as possible! I am always looking to help others and hope that my beginning success can motivate others to do the same!
