It's the start of a great year!!!

Ok, so it's been a while since my last BP post. Here is the latest update. 

We have transferred over from our CRM Asana to Podio. We had a developer create us a polio workspace that makes it much easier to monitor leads and current team members. We have almost completely automated the wholesale business and are getting into coaching 4 students. We have lined up some private lenders and are agressively looking for our next rehab in Harford County. 

It's just a blessing how the 2 years of hard work put in to this point is finally starting to pay off! It's been some ups and downs but nothing can stop someone who knows where they want to go. I am excited to teach others how to start up and maintain a successful wholesale business!

So just a quick note to newbie wholesalers out there........ Hang in there, the true success is in the consistency of putting in the work on a regular basis. Marketing is key in the wholesale business and no matter what "Always be Marketing!" Some campaigns may not work out or you might not get as many calls as you thought you might. Just re-adjust and put out more marketing.
