The Masters...

Hi Everyone:
It is Brian and my favorite time of the year; The Masters started today! And, it just happens to be on Easter as well which is always a rebirth for both of us. We love the Masters for multiple reasons; it is golf, it is at one of the most beautiful golf courses in the world, for me as a southern gal it displays the ultimate picture of the south and IT IS A CHALLENGE. Brian and I love challenges and our life is full of them. We tend to choose a challenge over the easy way and without challenges we would be bored. I think this, trait in both of us, is why we chose and stay with one another, why we chose real estate investing and Short Sale Calc as our dream in life, why when we are not busy with work we play a lot of golf and why we wake up every morning eager to face the day.

There are some people that see challenges as daunting tasks and they sometimes decide to give up because they just can't endure what it takes to complete it. Just as in the Masters it takes endurance to play 72 holes at Augusta National under par, in uncertain weather conditions and uncertain course conditions but every golfer on earth I believe would love the opportunity to try their hand at it just once in their lives. This type of endurance is not something that is developed overnight it takes time and we believe that if you can chug along day after day the endurance you need to face your challenges will become second nature.

Do you like challenges? Do you go out and seek the most challenging projects? Yes, we get weary but we are lucky to have each other to turn to and say I am not going to give up. Don't give up - even if you are not a fan of golf watch the Masters this weekend and let it inspire you to build up your endurance and take on the challenges of challenges.

Happy Easter and Passover! It is time for a rebirth in spirit!

Blessings,
Nancy and Brian
