Closing a Deal in 2012

 This is my goal anyway, closing a deal in 2012. I have written out a whole plan with lot's of sub-goals to keep in line with my main goal of closing a deal before 2012. I feel really good about my strategy and would love to share as soon as I take advantage of it before letting it known. Not that it's really special but I think it's unique and will help for sure.

Anyway, on the list of goals, I have 15 properties lined up to go and look at. What's exciting for me is my birthday is coming up (Oct 7th) and I'll be asking my family to purchase me a book (it's only $30 - I don't really care for lots of money/gifts for my birthdays/Christmases. Divided up between everyone I'm asking money from, everyone will only have to pitch in about $6 each haha) on house inspection that I've researched and it looks to be REALLY good and comprehensive. So that'll be great to be much more competent when inspecting/price out a rehab! I'm actually really excited to develop this new skill :D

I'll keep you updated any new investors following me and all you experienced investors supporting me :D. I'm beyond confident and ready for this. I feel like I just keep getting sharper and sharper. I JUST need that first deal.
