La Zagaleta Property - First Property Add House to Portfolio

We have recently added a superb house to our portfolio of La Zagaleta property for sale. This house does offer great value to prospective owners, as it is located in the south sector and its internal living space comes to 830m2, based on a plot of 6750m2. This does mean that its price is very competitive given its size and orientation. The vistas from the pool are that of the sea and a Moroccan mountain range.

There are some great spaces to entertain guest or family and there is a room specifically for this purpose that has over 200m2 of space. The lounge has an able 60m2 and the kitchen and dining area offers 50m2. All of the bedrooms, including guest accomodation are big and the master bathroom has great qualities and style.

The La Zagaleta estate has got to be regarded as the most exclusive location within the Costa Del Sol and given there is only the possibility of building 420 houses within a huge 900 hectares of countryside it isn´t difficult to see why. The goal is to maintain the owners privacy, whilst retaining the natural charm of the surrounding countryside.
