Los Arqueros - First Property Choice Grows its Portfolio

Further to my previous post about Los Arqueros and the many offers that are currently on the market, we have now decided to make a concerted effort to expand our portfolio in this golf and country club. This make sense as a company because we know the development well and feel we can give solid advice to prospective clients about the general market within the estate. This is important as clients can often feel blinded by the plethora of information online, and unfortunately the occasional innacuracies that you come across.

This development has several different apartment urbanisations and when they were realised originally Taylor Woodrow got the pricing pretty much spot on. Unfortunately as we all know the economy in Europe, particularly Spain and the UK have left many owners in a precarious financial position so it is more than possible to purchase property at prices cheaper than that of their original levels. Because there pricing was reasonble way back in the early 2000´s you really can get something that represents good value.

Taylor Woodrow still have a presence on the estate, but I envisage it to get less and less in due course as they have achieved their goals and their blueprint for a golf resort is now complete. They have several more concerns in Spain but Los Arqueros is now, more or less the finished article with the exception of several available villa plots.
