This article talks about Rich Millennials Americans and how they now invest in:

• Fine Art-- Through Masterworks
• Real Estate- Many are using REITS
• Private Equity-- if they can hit that threshold

Most NORMAL MILLENNIALS don't have access to this, but they can buy a $600k 3 family with $150k out of their pocket.

This also allows them full control of the purchase and day to day management of that asset.  This is a great diversification play away from the stock market.
