What happens when people don't pay their electric bill?-- YOU GET TO!

This scares me and should scare you as well.

1.4 million households in New York State are behind on electric or natural gas bills.

a quick search says there are 7.5 million households in NY State.

That means 19% of people in the State of NY are behind in a time when there is a ton of Helicopter money floating around.

And now, they want the State to pick up the tab.  

How long until this happens in Massachusetts?
