There are TOO MANY REAL ESTATE AGENTS and it is hurting you the buyer

I just read a wonderful article in Banker and Tradesman.

https://www.uexpress.com/home/housing-scene/2023/07/14

I can't agree more.

Essentially there are too many part time agents who don't know what they are doing and it hurts the professionals who do.

Bad agents make a bunch of money and take it away from the good agents. The clients have a poor experience and that hurts the profession overall.

It is sort of like a bad financial planner, if they don't add value you might as well do it yourself.

When you choose to work with an agent, please make sure they know what they are doing.
