State of the WorcesterMulti market 5/30/2023

If you follow me you will see that I have not posted in a while. It is not because I didn't have anything to share. It is because my son was playing Lacrosse at Loyola of MD this spring and I tried to get to all the games.

Now I am back.

Inventory in Worcester is very low.  31 buildings for sale at the moment.  

Activity is down.  There are less people at the open houses.

Certain things are selling.  WPI is still hot,  Anything that can go FHA is hot.  Anything with a vacancy is HOT.

Prices do not appear to have fallen.

There is a huge amount of off market inventory, but it is all at or above retail.  

It looks like the spring/summer will be one where if you price correctly you will be able to sell quickly
